Teenager Goku (Justin Chatwin of 'War of the Worlds') must find Master Roshi (a mildly amusing turn by scruffy martial arts master Chow Yun-Fat) who trains him in mystical martial arts and gather all seven dragonballs before evil supernatural villain Lord Piccolo (James Marsters) does so that he can prevent him from taking over the world.
