Box and cassette look good with just a few very light barely visible endentations on the cover. Plays great and is only available as a pricey blu-ray, all other formats are Out Of Print (OOP).
Bi-opic of songwriter Cole Porter (Kevin Kline) is played as if Porter himself were directing a musical about his life. Focuses on his adultry-ridden marriage to put-upon wife Linda (Ashley Judd), who puts up with everything for as long as she can. Till I seen this, I had no idea he was bi-sexual and that he lost a leg due to a horse riding accident.
Dreary film is brightened by oddly updated covers of his tunes by some of todays hottest musicians performing songs on camera; Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morisette, Elvis Costello and more worth the price of admission alone.
