This clear, narrow mouth glass Ball jar has the original Ball zinc lid with milk glass liner.  The embossed lettering has an underscore and centered "Perfect Mason" letters.  These characteristics date its manufacture 1915-1923. This style jar also has "gripper" bars on the sides. The bottom of the jar has concentric rings.  Jar has slight wear after many decades of use from home canning and is consistent with its age.  No chips or cracks.  Lid shows its age.  Measures 5" tall x 2 .5" diam top x 3" diam base  Check my booth for other Mason jars.
