On the back is 1967 Pub. Bldg.Comm.Chgo. these miniatures could have been purchased or handed out at the time the statue was unveiled in front of the Daley Center in 1967. I have seen 2 copies this one and one with fewer ribs. This looks most like the full sized original. This miniature is NOT in pristine condition but it has no broken parts and for the most part looks fine. hopefully the pictures will show you more. Statue measures including wood base about 6.5" tall by 4.5" wide by3.5" deep.  Item will be shipped insured for posted price.
