CHIROFOL 500 is a dietary supplement based on D-hydro-inositol, folic acid, vitamin B12 and manganese, which is used in cases of increased need for these nutrients or due to their lack in the diet.

D-hydro-inositol is created in the human body from myo-inositol and is a biologically active substance that is involved in various metabolic reactions that are necessary for the proper functioning of the body.

Folic acid belongs to the B vitamins. and is necessary for cell growth and division. A complete balanced diet usually satisfies the body's daily needs for this vitamin (200 mcg), but ingesting larger amounts is necessary in some special conditions and pregnancy and can then be taken as a dietary supplement.
