There are no internal markings to the book.  There are no previous ownership marks.  There is no unpleasant odor or mustiness present.  

That said, this hardcover book is in somewhat fragile condition.  

The front hinge is very loose, as is the rear hinge - neither is fully cracked but both are loose.

The binding of the book is generally somewhat loose.  There are no missing pages, or any pages in danger of falling out of the book.  

There is obviously age toning to the pages, but this is not overly significant.

The blue cloth covers are well worn, somewhat faded and there is notable chipping around the top and bottom of the spine panel.  

The page edges exhibit age tone and discoloration/soiling consistent with age.
