Offered here is this wonderful Early 20th Century Hand Painted Wooden Decorative Tray. This tray is in very good condition, with no real damage to the wood, however, there is some cracking of the painted finish, and some very small areas of paint loss around the perimeter of the edges. I am unsure of the actual age of the tray, but I would guess that it dates to the early to mid 20th Century. It was made in Japan. It is hand painted with a lovely design in the center top of birds sitting on grape vines. The tray is 19" long across the handles, 5.75" wide, and is slightly concave. It has sticker remnants on the back where I would guess some type of hanging mechanism was once placed. This is a very nice vintage decorative tray and would be a beautiful addition to any collection.
