You are bidding on this nice Color tone postcard, Deep In a Louisiana Salt Mine, Louisiana, The Pelican State. The postcard is in good condition, with some light wear at the corners and edges, and some light stains and yellowing on the back and front. There is some yellowing on the back on this card. There are light creases all around the edges of this card. The postcard is un-used postally, and has a caption on the back that reads; A trip to the salt mines whose glistening caverns form an underground city is something no visitor to Louisiana should miss. The output of this mine alone is estimated at potentially a sufficient supply for the entire world for an indefinite period…It is 3.5” by 5.5” and is a nice color tone postcard.
