Bag looks of good quality. Made in Korea. 100% nylon. Lots of compartments for business card, pens, notepad, discs, etc. It has a few light stains on it which adds to character. Adjustable shoulder strap looks stained from the sun. Does have a tear on each side on second side pocket which can be repaired. Bottom can be unzipped to extend width of bag for more books. Outside mesh pouch.
