This listing is for 1 open sugar in the Sandwich pattern made by Anchor Hocking from 1940s to 1960s. It appears to be in very good used condition. I do not see any damage, though you could find a scratch here or there.
Measurements are approximate:
3" tall, 3 3/4" diameter at rim, 6" handle to handle
