3 Jean Craighead George books
This listing has 3 different books written by Jean Craighead George. All are HBs (2 have DJs, and 2 are ex. library). Only one book is illustrated.
The Moon of the Wild Pigs is illustrated by Peter Parnall (the original illustrator of this book). It is part of The Thirteen Moons series. It is an ex. library HB with a DJ and mylar covering. It was published by Thomas Y. Crowell Company in 1968, and it is a First Edition, 1st printing. Condition: Good--book looks close to new except for the card pocket glued to the back end page; covers and DJ in nice shape; DJ is not price clipped.
Hook a Fish, Catch a Mountain is a HB without a DJ. It was published by E. P. Dutton & Co., Inc. in 1975, and it is a First Edition, 1st printing. Condition: Good--pages show little to no handling; someone wrote 8th on the front end page (so maybe it belonged to a teacher?); binding tight; lots of small brown spots on the very bottom of the pages; covers in fairly nice shape.
Who Really Killed Cock Robin? An Ecological Mystery is an ex. school library HB with a DJ. It was published by Harper Collins Publishers in 1991. Condition: Good--pages show slight handling; binding tight; covers in nice shape; the schools name and address are stamped on the front end page and then crossed out with pen; donated is written on the front end page; there is a brown spot stain on the very top of the pages; DJ shows some handling. It looks like the book was never put into circulation.
