You are looking at a Tractel Griphoist/Tirfor TU-28 2 Ton Wire Rope Hoist with 60ft Wire. It is used but in good condition. It does show signs of use with scuffs, scratches, and grime all around the Hoist and Cable. But nothing too major or too distracting. Just average wear and tear from normal everyday use. It has been tested and everything appears to be fully functional. It is missing the extension arm to slide on to the lever to give you a longer handle/better leverage.
