Our 25% Trichloroacetic (TCA) Acid Peel is a Medium to Deep level Peel & is the strongest peel we carry, Experienced Peelers Only. Darker skin tones please use Extreme Caution using this peel due to the risk of Post Peel Pigment Issues.
After you have applied the peel, your skin may be red. This is normal, you may wear makeup to tone the redness down. About two days after you've performed this peel, your skin will start to dry out and look leathery, brownish and aged. Don't panic, this is what we want! Your skin is preparing to shed, and that will occur over the next 3-5 days for most people. You can encourage peeling by using warm compresses and taking hot showers, but you CANNOT pick at the skin! Allow your skin to shed off naturally in order to avoid scarring and complications, your skin must come off when it is ready! The use of SUNSCREEN is essential to obtaining the results you are looking for.
After your "peeling" is complete, your skin will feel softer, look smoother, with improved texture and tone and reduced hyperpigmentation (sun damage). Also this 25% TCA Peel will reduce oil resulting in LESS Acne Breakouts!
This 1 fl oz (30 ml) bottle will provide approximately 8-10 peels, done at 4-6 week intervals (More is NOT better! It is very important to leave enough time for your skin to heal fully between peels). To See the Desired Results you have to use the whole bottle, completing a full course of 8-10 Peels.
