This pattern was made by both Dugan and Northwood. Typically Northwood signed most pieces and this is not signed. Which makes me lean toward Dugan as the manufacturer. This one has a crimped or ruffled but Plain top (no band around the rim on the outside.) It's mnt with no chips or cracks or other damage..
