This is a custom-designed plate (1995) for Avon Representative 5th Anniversary. It measures approximately 8 1/2" across. The back reads "This custom-designed Commemorative Award is made of fine porcelain and trimmed with 22k gold. It was created in Japan exclusively for Avon in honor of a 5th Anniversary as an Avon Representative.
