SECOND BOOK OF VERSE

VOLUME III OF THE WORKS OF EUGENE FIELD

BY EUGENE FIELD

HARDCOVER

VERY GOOD, BY SCRIBNER'S 1901

This book had no internal markings, no remainder mark, no previous owner's name and no unpleasant odor.

The pages of the book are clean, mark free and bright.  The pages are made of heavier premium paper.

There is a premium onion skin cover to the title page (pictured). It is in good condition.

The blank end papers, both front and rear, are clean and mark free.

The top page edges have a premium gold decorative top stain; the outer and bottom page edges are of a rough premium deckle cut.  All three page edges exhibit only light to no soiling.

The covers are in good condition - a small area of abrasion to the top of the front panel (pictured) and also to the bottom of the rear panel (pictured); otherwise only light shelf wear and little to no fading of the gilt lettering or decorations to the covers and spine.

The binding is sound and the boards are in good condition as well.
