Here is a used Genuine Vintage Borel 3-1/2L-7L Assorted Watch Hands #85-24.  The box is not totally complete. The vials that have something in them appear to be unused. The vials that are missing or upside down do not have anything in them. The outer box does have some usage wear (top of box is separated from bottom).
