    A tracking number will be e-mailed upon shipment. This Fixed Price and Free Shipping & Handling charge only applies to residents of the continental United States (U.S.A.). 

    Extra charges will apply for shipments to PO BOX, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Guam, and Samoa.

    ·         We usually ship out 1~2 days when we receive cleared Paypal payments with confirmed address before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time during weekdays.

    ·         All orders over $300 require your phone number for faster delivery. You can add your phone number during checkout at Paypal. A signature will be needed upon delivery.

    Return Policy

    If you received damage or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to Refund / Replace with the detailed information of your purchase.

    Also, please keep the item and any packing materials that came with your shipment in case the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS etc.) wants to do an investigation on the damage. 

    Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

     

    Returns resulting from incorrectly sent or damaged merchandise will be the full responsibility of Urbanity Trading and will receive a 100% refund, including shipping charges.
