DESCRIPTION: Misses Skirts and Shorts or Skorts: View A fitted shorts have zipper front, faced waist and lined front overlay with button closure. View B and C wrap skirt in 2 lengths have faced waist and two button closure at waist. Fringe is made by pulling out the lengthwise threads of fabric or cutting if using fabric which does not ravel.
