Nouveau Martele by Gorham .9584 sterling silver PAIR OF FOOTED SERVING
TRAYS with beautiful floral motif, #4740. They were made December 29 of
1900 & took 14 hours to form. They were then hand chased for 35
hours. The hand chaser was Frederick Bower. They measure 11.5" x 7.5"
and 1.25" in height. They have a fancy script monogram in the center
(see photo) and are in excellent condition. Each weighs 15.2 troy
ounces, and weigh a total of 30.4 troy ounces for the pair.
Each piece of Martele is one-of-a-kind and hand made. Museum quality, a work of art. SKU#0923.
