Tami is a brunette girl taking a break from cheering with a bear named Doug. Tami is dressed in a cream skirt blue sweater with a red B on the front, blue socks, brown shoes and a red headband with a bow. She is sitting on the grass holding a red pom pom in her right hand and a blue pom pom in her left hand. Doug is a brown bear dressed in a a cheerleading uniform with the opposite colors of Tami's. There is a gold megaphone with a black paw print to her right. Bottom of the piece shows piece Title, 1999 copyright and offers the quote, "Life is like a trumpet.
