Im unsure if this runs but my guess in NO, It was part of an Antique Estate sale, I don't know anything about it other than what I searched online, It is Very Very Old, Brass and has 2 water hose fitting on each end, it measures at 7''inches long and 6''inches wide at widest point from hose fitting to hose fitting, it is right at 3.75''inches tall from mounting on a board

ON top of motor is stamped  TW27690 REDMOND 12V x5
