Lightly used music cd from my personal rock and roll collection.  Disc is in good shape, comes complete with jewel case and case inserts.  Jewel cases have scratches and maybe even a crack.  Broken jewel case hinges will be replaced with another jewel case before shipping.  Jewel case may have price sticker, sticker residue and / or song advertising stickers.
