With this unique design, your cool military HUMVEE stays looking military. VERY HEAVY DUTY - WEIGHTS 5 LBS. This new HUMVEE license plate holder requires NO DRILLING to install. The only tools needed are two wrenches to install the plate. The key to it being so strong is that the design sandwiches the bumper between the 2 main pieces of the bracket. The only way it can come loose is if the screws are removed from the license plate. For the purchase price, you receive what is in the second picture (minus the license plate) - you receive the mounting plate plus mounting bolts. There are holes provided for mounting. Ships unassembled.
