These discs fit onto the disc holder for Pelican heads in the #12 and #22 sizes.  Fits Hobart, Univex, Alfa, Uniworld and most other commercial mixers.  Fits Hobart size 12 qt to 140 qt.  Discs measure 9 1/4" across.  The Pelican Head pictured is for illustration only and is not included in the purchase.  Your are ordering the discs only.  The Pelican Head is available in our store and we also carry the slicer attachment.
