Art Deco Czech Filigree Celluloid rhinestone belt buckle signed

Two piece belt buckle of marble green Celluloid, gold tone Filigree and rhinestone signed Made In Czechoslovakia and "GES. GESCHUTZT," which means registered design.
The back is made of light tin like metal, the front is very ornate with Green Celluloid inserted in a Brass ? frame and topped with a clear, prong set rhinestones.
Measures: 3 1/8" x 1 1/8" at the widest point. Condition is excellent.
