Entry height of tunnel is  about 1 1/2 inches tall with the tabs 'flat' on the bottom of the tunnel. if you allow the small flaps to extend down, you have just enough clearance for US-1 style dump trucks, which are about the tallest typical HO scale slot car. OVERSIZE SHIPPING DUE TO LARGE FLAT SIZE.
