This is a new with tag Laundry by Shelli Segal long sleeved sheath dress.  It is a size 2 and in excellent condition. The tag states the color as Forest Green Multi.  It has long elasticized sleeves that are slightly ruched, a boat neck and a sleeveless slip lining.  This dress is highly packable and washable for easy travel.  It was made in Vietnam.  The dress is 95% polyester & 5% spandex while the slip is 100% polyester.  The length is above knee.  Some approximate measurements:
