1992 Disney Lady and the Tramp “Puppy Love” Collector’s Plate by Bradford Exchange. Used in excellent condition with COA.  Displayed for a very short time. Plate 2 from the Lady and the Tramp series, has Lady and Tramp putting their paws in wet cement to show their love forever. Measures 8 1/4" diameter.
