Sterling Silver Overlay. The Pattern is Caprice. This item is 4 footed or 4 toe as most people make 
call it. This item does have regular wear from age and use. Please look at pictures 2, 6, and 7. There 
is a very small chip on one of the Poppy's. There is also what appears to be a scratch on the Glass in
