| This is a fabulous unused excellent as-new condition family-size picnic basket that is very versatile and useful. As a picnic basket, it comes with four sections to hold wine or soda bottles and a large compartment for the rest of your items. It is lined in a cheerful yellow trimmed with lace that will remind you of sunny days even through the longest winter. (If you've never had a picnic on a blanket in front of a crackling fireplace in the middle of a snowy winter season, we do hope you will give it a try. One of the best ways to beat the winter blahs and a lot of fun. Just be sure the blanket is far enough away from the hearth to not catch a spark and please use a firescreen.) We also love to use this in a country kitchen for extra storage. It looks great sitting on a counter or baker's rack with dried flowers or herbs or even utensils in the bottle compartments. You can close the lid to hide other stashed items or leave it open to showcase a collection of vintage kitchenalia or dried flowers or herbs. Also very useful in a baby's room - lots of compartments and if you leave the lid open and sit a teddy bear on top of the diapers or whatever you decide to store in the large side, it makes a great decorative accent and a unique baby shower gift as well. Or outfit it with 2 place settings, a pair of champagne flutes, and a bottle or 2 (or 3?) of champagne for a bridal shower or wedding gift that will be remembered long after others have been forgotten. The basket measures 16 x 16 x 10 inches. It is 19.5 inches high including the handle.
