This is an awesome tool!  It has everything, it seems: ruler, pliers, knife, flat head screwdriver, bottle opener, Phillips head screwdriver and several other tools.  Has it's own carrying case that fits on your belt.  It has the name Carolina on the knife but I don't know if it's the brand or where it's made or what.  Opened up it is 4 3/8"L, about 2"W at the widest point.   Closed up it's         3 3/8"L, 1 7/8"W & 1/2"D.
