All Sculptures are created using professional materials. Prior to shipping, each piece is sealed with a gloss finish for shine & lasting protection of your artwork over the years. Ring hangers & screws are also included for your convenience to hang in way you chose. You will require a phillips screw driver & own hanging hardware to screw into your wall.

Most sculptures are shipped out FED EX GROUND - Insurance and tracking are included.
RETURN POLICY:
I do not accept returns for refunds at this time, unless there was an error made on my part in the listing or sculpture. Otherwise, I will only accept returns for MERCHANDISE CREDIT, EXCHANGE or for replacement only.
If you are considering a return for credit or exchange, please be sure to keep all original packaging & materials. Please contact me via email within 3 days of receiving your sculpture. We will then arrange a return for exchange or credit. Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping.
Loss / Damage
If your item is received damaged, please contact me immediately so a claim can be filed with the shipper. Please be sure to keep original box and all packaging and be prepared to photograph the damage digitally to email to the seller as part of the claim process. A replacement or refund will be given once claim is approved.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless there was an error on my part
Item must be insured & mailed back using the same method it was shipped to you in. Upon receipt & inspection, a Merchandise Credit, exchange or replacement will be issued.
Be sure to ask all questions and take proper measurements before you bid or purchase any item. I spend over an hour on each custom box to properly package & ship my sculptures so if you will... please make sure it's the right size, the right color, the right style and ask all the questions you can think of so this sculpture doesn't have to make any round trips. I don't mind the questions!! : )
However... if something does need to be returned, the buyer is fully responsible for the safe return of the artwork. Any artwork that is damaged in return transit is not eligible for exchange, replacement or credit if it is uninsured.

Keep in mind, most sculptures you see can be changed in size and in color to better suit your home or office decor needs, so do not hesitate to ask. I do a lot of custom work for personal collectors and businesses!

I just wanted to let you know that I am actually very inundated with lots of orders and custom projects from my wonderful customers. Not only from, but from my other marketplaces as well.
I felt I needed to let you all know that it is becoming nearly impossible to ship ALL of my orders on time according to the order details page. Some arrive before, some arrive on time an some arrive late.
While you are certainly welcomed to proceed with your purchase, please realize there could be a delay.
I am only one person, I do not have a staff or assistant, I do everything myself. All sculptures are drawn, cut, filed, sanded, painted, lacquered, with MANY other processes in between so I do not like to rush anyone's order. I take the time needed for each sculpture and send it on its way as I intended it to be. That's what makes me happy and ultimately makes you happy as well! : )
Also, I live in Florida and we are currently in our hurricane season, and the thunderstorms nearly everyday delay my lacquering process. So I have to take this into consideration as well that this may cause a delay for some orders.
