Once upon a time Magick was a known reality. Along with powers of the mind such as remote viewing, ESP powers etc although back then they had different names for these natural processes. When the church took hold is when things really started to change. The priests began to take the power away from ordinary people by saying that these natural forces of Magick were governed by the Devil. But of course, these powers have never been forgotten or lost by those who are in power. The rich families date back to these very ancient times, and have NEVER LOST OR HAD THEIR POWERS INTERRUPTED as have the ordinary people like you and me. So what happens is, the power is taken away so that the average person is weak and non influential and yes, poor.
