We have a
30 days return policy (30 days after package
was delivered) if item that arrived is damaged or not as
described. No restocking fee will be charged if this was
to occur.
In other
cases 15% restocking fee will apply:
We spend
numerous hours creating listings. We never use
third party photos, all of the photos are taken by our
company, and we try our best to describe all frames
as precise as possible. We are more than happy to accept
returns but there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover
all of our time and labor.
Order
cancellation: Buyer can request us to cancel the order
if he changed his mind, before order was shipped. After
that moment we can’t accept a cancellation request.
INTERNATIONAL BYERS: Please, note, shipping charges
won’t be refunded in cases of remorse returns or in
cases when you decide to cancel an order after a package
was shipped out. Or if the buyer didn't pick up the
package from a post office, or refused to pay custom
charges, etc.
Please,
make sure you inspected frames carefully, before giving
them to your optician. We are unable to cover frames
damaged during the process of lens installation.
We must receive all items in exact same
condition they were shipped out.
