This is a softcover book, Me & Emma by Elizabeth Flock. It includes book club discussion questions in the back from Reader's Ring (www.readersring.com). Here is the story synopsis from the publisher:

This book is technically used, but it's never been read. It did get a drop of candle wax on the cover, which I scraped off and it's all good.
