Most of our wigs and hairpieces ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor, so you never have to worry about their authenticity, and you'll know you're getting a brand new wig! However, there is sometimes a backorder with the manufacturer that is unforeseen. Please check your messages until you see your item has shipped in case there is an issue with your shade being in stock. I will help you choose another that is close, or another wig or hairpiece style. Or, we can also ship it as soon as it's in stock. Communication is so important, and I will keep you informed every step of the way!


We use RAQUEL WELCH's professionally photographed images that are the very best available to ensure color accuracy, however we can't control the way the colors will look on your monitor. If you are unsure of a color or have any questions, please contact us so that we can help you place your order. Take the following precautions to ensure your purchase is eligible for exchange: 1) Carefully open your wig box. 2) Do not remove the tags from the wig. 3) Wear a wig cap before trying on the wig! This is very important for sanitary purposes.  We want you to buy your wigs from us with confidence and we want you to be happy with your purchase, but wigs must remain sanitary and be able to be resold if they are returned.

Care & Styling Care & Styling Human Hair

  • We do not recommend that you color or perm wigs or hairpieces.
  • We recommend washing your wig or hairpiece every 6-8 wears.

Cleanse & Condition

  • Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles gently with a wide-tooth comb
  • HairUWear Wash & Wear Moist Shampoo, avoiding the base cap of the wig or hairpiece (applying conditioner to the base of the cap may weaken the knots).
  • Rinse thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear.

 Dry & Style

  • Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat to remove excess water.
  • Spray with HairUWear All Day Softness Leave in Conditioner/Detangler. 
  • Human hair must be dried and styled after washing. Air-drying will leave the hair unpolished and can trap water in the hair.
  • Use these products and methods to give your desired look: 
    • Smooth & Sleek:  Blend 2-3 pumps of Argon Treatment Mist with Blown Away. Using a round boar-bristle/nylon brush, work through hair in 2" sections starting at nape. Blow dry in downward motion to smooth and direct hair. 
    • Volume:  Apply 2-3 pumps of Weightless Volumizing Foam throughout hair. Using a round boar-bristle/nylon brush, work through hair in 2" vertical sections starting at nape. Over-direct hair for optimal volume.
    • Volume & Texture:  Liberally spray Boho Beach Mist throughout damp hair. Apply 2-3 pumps of Weightless Volumizing Foam, allow hair to dry naturally or diffuse for added fullness. 

Tips:

  • It is recommended to use professional grade heat styling tools with digital temperature settings to control heat.
  • Your styling tools should be set no higher than 350° F to help maintain the integrity of the hair. 
  • Spray Heat Treat Thermal Spray on to each section as you heat style to protect hair.
  • Versatile 3-Way Hair Spray works great to help hold your finished style. Adjust the nozzle to "L" for low, "M" for medium hold, or "H" for high hold, depending on your needs.
  • When curling your human hair, you can use small metal clips to hold each curl while cooling for a tighter, longer-lasting curl. For a looser, more natural looking curl, allow curls to hang while cooling.
  • Boho Beach Mist can be used on dry hair to add texture and revitalize natural curl.
