A. This is left over inventory from my computer store that I closed several years ago.

Q. Is the software genuine?

A. Yes. This is the original installation software in archive format. It has not been “doctored”. Simply double click to install.

Q. Is the Product Key a trial/subscription license?

A. No. It is a permanent license for the lifetime of the computer that you install it on.

Q. Is there a COA?

A. No. Only Retail versions have COA and MS logo'd disc. This is a volume license product.

Q. Can I use windows update?

A. Yes. Windows will automatically find and install updates.

Q. Are there any compatibility issues with other versions of office?

A. If you have an earlier version of Office, like Office 2003 or Office XP, you will need to uninstall it first.
