This is a super cute Sarah Coventry brooch from the alphabet collection, Circa 1970s.  The letters are shaped like tree branches with leaves.  This letter is a "H."  It is beautifully done with the "ends" of the limbs finished off with a flat gold finish.  The leaves and knots in the wood are smooth.  The branches are textured.  The brooch has a brilliant finish with no notable flaws.    This brooch is signed c Sarah Cov. It measures 1 3/4 inches high.   What a neat piece!   

 

Such a super find!  It is much prettier than pictured.  You will love this one!
