For your consideration, here is a Vintage Ask About PH&T Pinback Button, Pin, probably from Portland, Oregon.  I am not exactly sure what PH&T is.  Currently it seems to stand for Pretty Hot And Trendy.  It has some wear on it.  The button has a diameter of 1 5/8 inches.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (459.823z-.4px2)
