Royal Worcester Portia 5-1/2" fruit bowl. The bowl has a yellow rim with light blue scrolls and floral and fruit enamel cameos. This bowl has wear to the color in the center and some wear to the gold trim. Very good used condition with no chips or cracks. This would appear to be an old bowl. It has the number 1794 written in read. A rectangular box beneath the mark reads "Rd No 675777". Rd No 651926 is printed in red above the black mark.
