Use the two hole disc to lock the auger into place when using your meat grinder as a sausage stuffer for links. Just add a stuffing tube to the front for easy filling of sausage casings. You do not need the knife in the unit when stuffing sausage links. Brand new meat grinder plate. The plate measurements are: 1 15/16" (49 mm)" across 3/16" (4.0 mm) thick 5/16" (8 mm) center hole Fits the white Kitchenaid meat grinder attachment ONLY.
