This is brand new hand made. It's flannel with trim, and bright plastic buttons. And it is machine washable. It's a size 3T but is a bit flexable up and down the size chart. Comes with open face hood, soft jump suit with elastic at the wrist and anckle. It has a nice long zipper down the back. There is also a pair of gloves/mittens. The hood has a velcro opening under the chin for easy removal.
