All items ship carefully packed from California USA Some items require additional packing materials to make sure the item arrives to you without damage, which adds to the handling cost and shipping weight. Unless damaged by carrier, non-refundable shipping costs may include packaging, packing materials, shipping supplies, postage, fees.
 
COMBINING MULTIPLE PURCHASES TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS
E-Mail me a list of items you are interested in purchasing, along with your Zip Code or your Country and Postal Code and we will calculate the lowest possible shipping costs. Just make sure the shipping address for all orders are the same. 
 
I ship promptly, usually within 4 to 24 hours after payment clears.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do ship to international destinations, including UK, Canada, Netherlands, Australia via US Postal International Mail. (Import fees, taxes and customs fees are not included, and may be payable on delivery)
 
RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All sales are final, except if damaged in transit of course. If your item has been damaged by the carrier, before returning your item, please take photos of the item and damaged packaging, and save the damaged packaging and all packing materials to return with your damaged item.  Please send photos to me within 3-5 days (not counting weekends and Holidays of course)  
 
 I am not a business, and returns are costly for me, so I do my best to describe items as accurately as possible, and note any flaws or damage, and Photos are of the actual item you will receive. In many cases I have been able to scan the item, and zoom in on flaws, for a more accurate close-up detail of the item's condition.
