This is a new Extreme Ultra Slim 23"- 42" HDTV Wall Bracket. Mounting pattern is 8" by 16". Maximum load capacity is 110lbs. One inch from TV to wall. Lateral shift for placement. Item is brand new. Exterior package shows some wear but nothing that would interfere with function of item. Thanks.
