For as little as $13.95 per Square foot of shutter panel area, (12 square feet minimum, contact me if less for special pricing) Snow White finished solid core PVC shutters. The louvers measure 2-1/2" x 7/16" and are located on 2" centers. The shutters stiles are a full 1 1/16" thick X 2" wide and Rails are a full 3/4" thick x system width and height, creating a very sturdy shutter that will last for many years to come.
Brand new, fully assembled, includes brite Nickel finish non-mortise hinges.
The price is for the shutter panels only and does not include perimeter trim, Please ask for pricing.
Perimeter trim can be purchased additionally as a finished package, ready to install. Snow White PVC Z-molding and un-finished Poplar Z-moulding is available for installation into an opening.

The shutters being sold are PVC frames with solid PVC louvers and are hidden tilt bar style,as shown in picture 8, that when fully open, wouldn't impede clear view to the outside with a tilt rod in the middle of the viewing area.

Upon reply to your inquiry, I will attach a few attachments that have my site and contact info and measurement info.
Please refer to the diagrams in my attachments for measurement requirements. A= Overall window or opening width, B= Overall opening height, C= Height of shutter if ordering café style, D= shutter height if ordering shutter to be used over another shutter. E= depth required for shutter to fully open, F= actual shutter width, G= width required for hinge proper operation, supplied no-mortise hinge requires 1/8", H= Opening between shutters when closed ,Suggest 1/8", I, J & K = the space required between the top, bottom and between upper and lower shutters. Keep in mind that the actual shutter panel size is the size being manufactured and priced accordingly. There may and probably will be multiple shutter panels with-in an opening. Shutter panel widths may be sized differently with-in an opening.
The cost of your shutters are based upon the square foot area of the area covered by the individual shutter panels ,width in inches by the height in inches divided by 144, then rounded up to the nearest square foot then multiplied by as little as $13.95 An example is:
Your window dimensions inside the window jamb are 32 inches wide and 60 inches high. For pricing purposes that equals 32 inches by 60 inches = 1920 square inches divided by 144 inches in a square foot =13.333 square feet, rounded up to 14 square feet, then multiply the total square feet by $13.95, which would equal $195.30 ready to ship to your location, ready to easily install.
