PATTERN CONDITION: Uncut, in original factory fold and is complete.
ENVELOPE CONDITION: Good condition, envelope has some stains, pattern and instructions are in excellent condition.

My items are shipped from Canada and I use Canada Post - we do not have a media rate or first class shipping as in the US. Canada Post charges by the size and weight of the items. I do not ship on weekends or holidays as there is no mail service available at Canada Post on these days.
