Only the blades have been removed to be handcrafted with fabulous tropical vintage pin up girls.  Wakiki Surf Hula Mermaid! Coloring may vary slightly. Graphics are applied to blades and are then sealed with high gloss polyacrylic to protect the finish.  Graphics are randomly placed making each fan unique.
