E-GADS was developed by Bob Slater, the Founder of CCI (a non-profit Humanitarian Aid Organization), to raise funds for humanitarian empowerment projects around the world. There is no description of any kind on the box, but I found the instructions from an open box listing and copied them so you can have an idea of what the game is like.

3. Keep your opponents from winning.
Summary of Play:
To begin all players roll one Die, player with the highest roll goes first with play going in a clockwise fashion. The roll coming out of Start is one die only, all rolls after that are 2 die. First player deals 2 bonus cards to each player and 10 E-GADS cards to each player, then rolls the die and moves his/her token the appropriate number of spaces. The next step is to follow the instruction on the space he/she lands on. Then draw an E-GADS Card from the stockpile and discard one E-GADS Card from his/her hand onto the discard space in front of him/her on the playing board. The final step is to play any Bonus or Zap Cards he/she wants to play and to lay down any E-GADS cards he/she wants to play. Play then passes clockwise to the next player.
Game Bard Spaces: Most of the spaces on the game board are self explanatory. The others are explained here:
BONUS CARD: If you land on this space draw one Bonus Card.
WAR: If you land on this space you must pick an opponent to roll the War Die against. If you win you take one of your opponents Bonus Cards. If you lose, your opponent takes one of your Bonus Cards.
ZAP: If you land on this space you must draw one Zap Card.
STEAL A BONUS: If you land on this space you can steal a bonus card from the player of your choice.
SAFE SPOT: If you land on this space you cannot be bumped by another player.
FORWARD 15 WHOOSH!: A great space to land on; this moves your playing piece ahead 15 spaces to a roll again space.
STEAL A CARD: If you land on this space you may steal an E-GADS card from any player that has one played down, but, you must be able to play it right then. The E-GADS super score card is a good one to steal because it is playable immediately.
The game is new, sealed box. However there is some slight damage to the bottom of the box without any damage to the shrink packaging. My guess the box had the indentations before the shrink wrap was applied, thus being a manufacture defect.
The game is OOP (out of print) so it will make a good collector's item, or you can open it and have fun!
Shipping may be a bit high, depending how far it needs to ship, because it weighs over 2 pounds with a box and packing material.
