We use JON RENAU® professionally photographed images that are the very best available to ensure color accuracy, however we can't control the way the colors will look on your monitor. If you are unsure of a color or have any questions, please contact us so that we can help you place your order. Take the following precautions to ensure your purchase is eligible for return or exchange: 1) Carefully open your wig box. 2) Do not remove the tags from the wig. 3) Wear a wig cap before trying on the wig! This is very important for sanitary purposes. 4) Contact us for exchange approval within 14 days of invoice date along with your choice of style and color code if you'd like to exchange the wig for another style or color. Be sure to include the best phone number and email address for us to contact you. A restocking fee and shipping fees will apply to all returns and exchanges. If you are concerned that a style or color will not look good on you, purchase a wig cap prior to your wig’s arrival and take all the precautions above. Requests that do not follow this policy cannot be approved. We want you to buy your wigs from us with confidence and we want you to be happy with your purchase, but wigs must remain sanitary and be able to be resold if they are returned.
